Miller Ink Tattoo Studio, LLC is limiting the guest with clients to two people. This is to ensure the best experience for both client and tattoo artist. When coming for your appointment to make sure to have your valid ID with you. If you are bringing in a minor we will need a parent present with birth certificate or legal guardian with proof of guardianship. Currently the minimum for tattoos is $150 and the minimum for piercings is $30. Currently our jewelry change out/removal/jewelry put in fee is $45

We offer Studio or phone Consultations. Consultations are 60 minutes. An appointment can be scheduled by using the form below and in Messages state the date and time you want. We'll confirm via email or you can call us to schedule your appointment.

Making an appointment lets us give you the personal attention you need whether you are local, nationwide, or International. Appointments enable you to come in, discuss your needs and see the beautiful array of products we offer.

How to Book your Appointment

All booking is done through our website www.millerinktattoostudio.com you complete the booking form with your name, phone number, email, date and time you are booking for and in the additional information you put if you are booking for a tattoo or piercing and any other information to help with scheduling. Once the booking is received by the website you will get a confirmation email or a denial email.


Deposit Required for any Appointment
At Miller Ink Tattoo Studio, to make an appointment with an artist, we require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit reserves the time with an Artist and is applied to the cost of your tattoo if one sitting and the final appointment if multiple sittings are required. For piercings we require a $30.00 non-refundable. It holds your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Before Your Appointment
Make sure you eat a good meal before your appointment, bring snacks or drinks you need. Wear non-restrictive clothing that is comfortable for you and that gives the Artist access to the area being tattooed.

Bring your valid photo ID every time for both tattoos and piercings. It's a Michigan state requirement, even if you have been to the shop before. For minors you will need to bring parent or legal guardian, birth certificate or legal guardianship paperwork.

Our space is small and all have big personalities. We welcome and love your friends to come for moral support, if needed. We prefer you limit it to one or two people

Tattoo Designing
Designing the tattoo is a collaborative process. The Artist will spend considerable time with you to create the design. As your Artist designs your tattoo, your approval is required for each step through completion.

What if you don't like the drawing?
This is very, very rare as each stage of the design process requires your approval from the beginning through completion.

Changing/Resizing the Design
If the artist draws a design for you that was agreed upon during the consultation and you decide to completely change the design of the tattoo, an additional $50.00 Drawing Fee is required to draw a different design. If additional charges are required for the new tattoo because of the design and size, the Artist will inform you of the cost before any action is taken on the new design.

Rescheduling Appointment
In the event that you need to reschedule, you must contact the Artist within 48 hours of your appointment by phone or e-mail to reschedule. Your appointment will be rescheduled to agreed time between you and the artist. Your deposit will move with your rescheduled appointment. An appointment can be rescheduled up to two times before it is forfeited.

Missed Appointment
If you missed your appointment and you didn't reschedule, then you forfeit your deposit. A new $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a new appointment.

Canceled Appointments
Cancellations automatically forfeit the $50.00 non-refundable deposit with no exceptions.

If you cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment, it is considered an automatic cancellation and you automatically forfeit the $50.00 non-refundable deposit with no exceptions.

No Show Appointments
If you don't show up for your appointment, it is considered an automatic cancellation and you automatically forfeit the $50.00 non-refundable deposit with no exceptions.

Late Appointments
We give you a 15 minute grace time to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If on the 16th minute, and you have not arrived, it is considered an automatic cancellation and you automatically forfeit the $50.00 non-refundable deposit with no exceptions.

As a courtesy, Please call the Artist if you are going to be late and to let us know you are on your way.

Intoxicated
Under Michigan law, we can't tattoo you as we need your full and sober consent. Please do not show up intoxicated.

Unattended Children
We love children, but a tattoo studio is not a child-friendly environment. We can't have unattended children running free in the Studio because you will not be able to attend to them while you're getting the tattoo.

If You Are Sick or Contagious
We keep a very clean Studio and need to be attentive to germs and infection risk. If you are sick or contagious in any way please call us to cancel your appointment and we will discuss the deposit at the time. You can read all about getting tattooed when you're sick on a blog post about it here.
